HOW TO ORDER A CUSTOM EX libris
STEP BY STEP
1
Buy your custom ex libris here on my website. If you need specific timing, write to me first, the timing indicated is a rough guide, and also depends on how many orders I have in a given period.
2
You will receive a confirmation email from which you can access the form to let me know how you want the stamp.
If you don't see the email, check your spam!
3
Once you fill out the form, you will be on the list to make the drafts, the wait varies based on how many orders I have in that period. You will receive the drafts by email.
4
You can ask me for all the changes you want. If despite the changes, you are not satisfied with the drawings, a refund is foreseen, from which I retain €10 for having created the drafts. So far it has never happened, but I understand that it is not reassuring to buy something that cannot be seen yet.
5
Once you have approved the final version of your ex libris, I can begin engraving, assembling the stamp and finally shipping it.
6
On the day of shipment, you will receive an email so you can track your package.
